Great place. Very helpful staff. The vets make a fuss of your pet if they can. All the staff have been amazing.

Called in to get the rabbits nails trimmed. He is a big ejit of a rabbit and doesnt like being lifted, however, the staff and service was amazing. He was very calm and we where in with no waiting and out in 5 minutes. Booked in for next time already. Lovely clean operation and very friendly and accommodating staff.

Hi, I just wanted to comment on one of the vets at the newtownards practice called Dermott. I have a very nervous border collie who he has been incredible at keeping calm and content during any visit. Dermott has more recently seen my golden retriever who he was also amazing with. He is a real professional, incredibly kind and nurturing and the only vet I am comfortable treating my animals due to his compassion and expertise. Nothing is too much trouble and every concern is taken seriously. Thank you - it takes some of the stress out of vet visits!! Kind regards Becca

Lovely veterinary clinic. Access for an emergency appointment was quick and hassle free. Friendly and helpful receptionist, Steph, kept us right. We had the pleasure to meet two lovely vets, Dermot and Emma at our visits. They were warm, friendly, caring and professional. A really positive experience, would highly recommend to anyone.
